Market Day

Market Day was organised in Prep on 24th March 2016. Children were given paper 'money' to buy items like pencils, toffees, etc. They learnt how to trade using the money and also 'calculated' how much they needed to buy what they wanted. Some were 'sellers' and some were 'customers' and exchanges finalised the 'transaction'. Basic commercial practice was instilled with this activity
